How we work

Council should never have to wonder whether the cleaner came. This page sets out what happens before, during, and after each visit.

Starting with your building

  1. Site walk

About twenty minutes with council or your property manager. We walk every common area, note the surfaces and traffic, and ask what has gone wrong with past cleaning.

  2. Written proposal

A task-by-task scope, a fixed monthly price, and the cost per strata unit so council can compare quotes. Sent within [DAYS] business days.

  3. First month

After the first clean, we walk the building with your manager or a council member to check the work against the scope and adjust anything that needs it.

At every visit

  • The owner does the cleaning himself, following the written scope.
  • Each area is checked off with the time and dated photos.
  • Problems we find, such as dumped furniture, a burnt-out light, or damage, are reported to your manager the same day.
  • Your manager or council receives the log and photos by email.

If something is missed

Call or email us. We come back and put it right within[FIX TIME], at no charge.
