We clean the shared areas of strata buildings, apartment complexes, and commercial properties in Chilliwack. Each building gets a written scope that lists every area, the tasks in it, and how often they are done.

Frequencies are set for each building after the site walk.
Schedules
Most buildings choose weekly cleaning, with lobbies and elevators done more often in busy buildings. Daily, weekly, every-two-weeks, and monthly schedules are all available.
